What Are You Ready to Reset This Fall?
In Vermont, where Collins lives, the leaves are beginning to change. Vibrant colors are emerging, the trails are starting to crackle underfoot, and cozy evenings by the first fires invite us to slow down, settle in and take stock.
There is something about fall that brings a sense of renewal—helping us feel more rooted in ourselves and ready for what comes next.
At this stage of life, a reset is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to yourself.
Step out of the day-to-day and get on the balcony long enough to ask:
How do I want my life to feel?
What is fueling me?
What is draining me?
What small shift would help me feel stronger, calmer and more connected to the life I am intentionally creating?
You do not need to overhaul everything. A reset begins by pausing, noticing what you need now and choosing where you want to begin.
